This class introduces the practice of Shamatha meditation, “The Development of Peace.” Each class begins with a talk introducing the profound view of meditation as developed by the amazing Tibetan Buddhist tradition. An intimate group setting at one of Brussel's secret jewels, Tenku-an, a center for contemplative arts. Zen style meditation inspired by the Buddhist tantric tradition. Evening includes meditation instruction when necessary, readings, sitting and walking meditation.
