Join Shannon from 9:00 - 10:00 CET most days for a wonderful morning wake up. It’s a flow series to wake up the body and energise you for the day.

Yin Yoga

To close your day and unwind, from 19:30 - 20:30 CET, Shannon will take you through the deep relaxing stretches of Yin Yoga. The practice keeps you physically mobile and unwinds your nervous system to decompress you before sleep.
