Mindfulness Journeys, in addition to running luxury retreats abroad, offers weekly meditation, Tibetan yoga and yoga classes and workshops. Most of these take place in Brussels or London.

This lively and invigorating workshop will explore 3 approaches to working with mind and body. In-depth instruction will provide extraordinary methods for applying the practice of meditation in stillness and movement. Meditation enables you to contact peaceful mind, while Tibetan yoga energises and creates a bridge to meditation in everyday life. Yin yoga heals and works with emotions. All three approaches provide a means to integrate meditation and daily life for ultimate well being.
