Hatha refers to the practice of physical yoga postures or asanas. The word “hatha” can be translated as “sun” (ha) and “moon” (tha), the yoga of balance. Hatha yoga, as taught by Shannon van Staden, creates strength and stability, through ease and balance. By connecting deeply to our bodies through the breath we bring our mind into peaceful alignment.

Shannon van Staden teaches yoga with the in-depth understanding of meditation practice for the ultimate benefit of complete well-being.
