London Workshop – How to relax body and mind

Yoga & Meditation London

In yoga and meditation, we rouse our energy and then relax into open spaciousness. Brian Hilliard and Shannon van Staden will offer many techniques employing body, mind and breath, to bring you to the vital energy point where this profound relaxation can occur. There will be a strong emphasis on how yoga and meditation is mixed with daily life for ultimate emotional and physical well being.

9.45am – Arrival and Registration
10am – Tibetan Yoga for All Levels / Meditation Talk and Practice
1pm – A delicious vegetarian lunch will be served
2pm – Meditation Practice / Yin Yoga for All Levels
5pm – Workshop ends

We suggest you bring a shawl for warmth during meditation practice.
We supply lunch, refreshments, yoga mats and props.
