A Workshop transmitting the teachings of Khenpo Tsultrim Gyamtso Rinpoche, an extraordinary meditation yogi from Tibet. Lujong is a series of 20 exercises easily adaptable to daily life. The emphasis is on movement expressing one’s presence of mind. It is meditation in movement, as fast as you like! Of course, we will sing the famous song from the Lord of Yogins, Milarepa, called the “18 Kinds of Yogic Joy”.
