Restorative / Yin Yoga & Sound Bath – The Healing Power of Mind & Body

These classes involve restorative and yin yoga practices and long-held postures designed to balance, calm, recharge and repair. Supported by props including bolsters, blankets and straps these poses allow your entire body to stretch gently and release deep-held physical and mental blockages.

Discover the healing power of a sound bath. These extraordinary sessions are performed with amazing alchemy crystal bowls.

Classes perfectly complement the more rigorous yoga styles and are enhanced by mindfulness and deep breathing. It’s a must for everyone.

Shannon van Staden teaches yoga with the in-depth understanding of meditation practice for the ultimate benefit of complete well-being.
