Tibetan yoga is a series of 20 vigorous exercises done on your feet. They are an ideal yoga for busy life styles, travellers and those on the move. These ancient movements originating with one of Tibet’s foremost scholars and yogis, Khenpo Rinpoche, enable you to stay strong and healthy, and bring the deep benefits of meditation into movement. This is a rare opportunity to train in the best of the Tibetan yogic traditions. It is also ideal also for those who have difficulty with sitting meditation practice.
Brian Hilliard’s teachings draw from a life-time of practice in the wisdom traditions of Shambhala and Tibet.
