Lujong Tibetan Yoga

A class transmitting the teachings of Khenpo Tsultrim Gyamtso Rinpoche, an extraordinary meditation yogi from Tibet. Lujong is a series of 20 exercises easily adaptable to daily life.

Some of the benefits of lujong include:
