Yin / Restorative Yoga – Healing Mind & Body

An event every week that begins at 4:00pm on Saturday, repeating until 24 February 2018
These classes involve restorative and yin yoga practices and long-held postures designed to balance, calm, recharge and repair. Supported by props including bolsters, blankets and straps these poses allow your entire body to stretch gently and release deep-held physical and mental blockages.
Classes perfectly complement the more rigorous yoga styles and are enhanced by mindfulness and deep breathing. It’s a must for everyone.
Shannon van Staden’s deep connection with Buddhist meditation practice will permeate instructions on yin and restorative yoga postures.
