Yin Yoga – Healing for Joints and Ligaments

Yin yoga is a stillness yoga designed to balance, calm, recharge and repair. Supported by props including bolsters, blankets and straps these poses allow your entire body to stretch gently and release deep-held physical and mental blockages.

Classes perfectly complement the more rigorous yoga styles and are enhanced by mindfulness and deep breathing. A practice of deep healing, it’s a must for everyone.

Shannon van Staden teaches yoga with the in-depth understanding of meditation practice for the ultimate benefit of complete well-being.
