These classes involve restorative and yin yoga practices and long-held postures designed to balance, calm, recharge and repair. Supported by props including bolsters, blankets and straps these poses allow your entire body to stretch gently and release deep-held physical and mental blockages. A class transmitting the teachings of Khenpo Tsultrim Gyamtso Rinpoche, an extraordinary meditation yogi from Tibet. Lujong is a series of 20 exercises easily adaptable to daily life.
