What are the facilities like?

All our facilities are luxury level with swimming pools.

In Morocco we have a hammam spa and a lake with water activities. The location is remote.

In Greece, the villas are remote and the nearest village is 10 minutes by car. At the village Vassiliki you will find plenty of watersports including diving, windsurfing and sailing. There are many beautiful beaches to enjoy in the area.

What if I have a food allergy or intolerance?

With advance notice we can accommodate all your dietary needs.

In Greece, our masseuses come to the villas on appointment. Styles offered are Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy and Sports Massage.
In our hammam spa in Morocco there is a more simple massage menu and you can request soft or more deep.

Our retreats are very much about slowing down, connecting to mind, body and breath through yoga and meditation. There is optional running and walking meditation in the mornings. We encourage our guests to take the time to simplify and slow down.

Is there free time?

There is lots of free time between noon and 17.00. We encourage you to relax, read and retreat. If you would like to do activities or explore there are options in the area.

Is there silence?

We try to introduce a bit of silence to give yourself the space to reflect.
