After morning yoga we will enjoy an amazing Moroccan breakfast with freshly baked breads, crepes and eggs tajine. Lunches and dinners are traditional North African dishes with the best of Moroccan cuisine. They're lovingly prepared with vegetables and fruits harvested from the gardens. We will accommodate all your dietary needs. Dine under olive trees on Berber carpets and cushions, under a Berber tent, or inside one of the Kasbah’s dining areas. Spend the rest of your day lazing Moroccan country style — choose a terrace or daybed under the ancient olive trees, or cool off in one of the tranquil swimming pools (one heated). You’ll find your ideal spots to relax, hide away or peacefully snooze. You can play a game of pétanque with a fellow retreatant. The Kasbah is also a perfect starting point for walks in the countryside or to the nearby Berber village. Feel the freedom of the wide open spaces below the Atlas mountains.
The Kasbah hosts an exquisite spa with Moroccan hammam for a nice steam, scrub or massage with essential oils and aromatic plants. Finish by relaxing on a lounger with a mint tea at the fire place or on the sunny terrace.

7:30 Start the day with Hatha yoga with Shannon.
9:00 Enjoy the fabulous Moroccan breakfast.
10:30 Explore meditation with Brian. You will be guided through the form and practice of meditation with talks, discussions and periods of silence for inner reflection.
12:00 The afternoons are at your leisure. After lunch, rest, read, write, nap on a terrace or swim in one of the pools (heated or cool). Or maybe you'd like to play pétanque, take a walk, or treat your self to a scrub or massage at the spa?
17:00 Relax into meditation with Brian.
18:00 Gently wind down with Yin yoga and Crystal Sound Bowl Healing to close the day.
19:30 Enjoy a delicious candle lit dinner under the Berber tent, or in the Kasbah with cosy fireplaces, candles and lanterns.
