Start the new year right on our Sunshine and Clarity retreat in Morocco. After morning yoga and meditation, bask on your lounger at the pool for blue skies, warm sun and swimming. Take a walk in nature through the gardens or read a book on one of the terraces of your choice. Relax into yin yoga and sound healing by the warm crackling fire before a nourishing Moroccan winter dinner. Sleep deeply and repeat. Return home with the warm sun in your heart and a clear vision in your mind for the wonderful year ahead.

Space to Breathe Retreat in South Africa

Languish in vast exquisite nature at this traditional Cape Manor Farm, and come home to the stillness within. Reconnect with the breath with guided morning meditation and wake up yoga. Swim in the fresh dam, walk along quiet dust roads, or lie on the lush green lawn under old trees with a good book after a long, healthy brunch. Hit some balls on the clay tennis court or grab a mountain bike to meander through the rugged bush. Enjoy afternoon tea before nourishing evening yin yoga and be bathed in the soothing clean sounds of the crystal bowls. After a yummy dinner by our private chef, snuggle into high thread cotton sheets for a deep, long sleep. Wake up and start again.
