A hard working man is easy to spot

Whether it is yourself or someone you know, this hard working man will be easy to spot. He focuses entirely on ensuring the future is secure for himself and his family. He fends off rivals at work, plays ‘the game’ and works all hours so as never to appear weak. Of course all this posturing and burning the candle at both ends takes its toll on him, physically and mentally and he never finds time to look after himself.
